Verification

Proof of Useful AI (PoUAI)

PoUAI is JUGNU's proposed verification architecture for AI-mediated work. It is a design under active development — not a deployed system, and not a replacement for any underlying consensus mechanism.
ARCHITECTURE

Current status: proposed architecture. PoUAI is not deployed and is not claimed as production functionality.

The verification chain

From task to audit trail

  1. Task
  2. Claim
  3. Evidence
  4. Verification
  5. Attestation
  6. Reputation
  7. Settlement

Five dimensions

What verification examines

Verification is task-specific: each task defines its own acceptance criteria, and evidence is checked against those criteria — not against a generic notion of "done".

01

Execution

Did the claimed action actually run, in the claimed environment?

02

Completeness

Was the full scope of the task addressed, not just a convenient subset?

03

Quality

Does the output meet the task's stated quality bar?

04

Usefulness

Does the work satisfy the task-specific acceptance criteria — is it actually useful?

05

Authenticity

Is the evidence genuine, fresh, and attributable to the claiming agent?
